I know that place well.
For a long time, I was the one holding everything together — trying to keep people happy, trying to be “good,” trying to make life work.
And the harder I tried… the more stuck I felt.
On the outside, things looked fine.
But on the inside, I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and honestly… lost.
Not because I was broken.
But because I didn’t understand myself.
Everything started to change when I realized:
It wasn’t about trying harder.
It was about understanding what was actually going on inside of me.
My nervous system.
My patterns.
The beliefs I didn’t even realize I was living from.
That’s when things began to shift — not just in how I acted, but in how I experienced my life.
Now, this is the work I help others do.
Not by giving you more rules or telling you who to be…
But by helping you understand yourself so you can finally:
You are not too much.
You are not failing.
You are not stuck forever.
There is a reason you feel the way you do.
And once you understand it, everything starts to make sense.
Most people try to fix their life by changing behavior.
Set better boundaries.
Communicate better.
Be more confident.
But if your inner world isn’t clear… those changes don’t last.
Because you’re still operating from the same patterns underneath.

With a background as a Registered Nurse, I have a deep understanding of how the body and nervous system respond to stress and overwhelm.
As a certified coach, I help you make sense of what you’re experiencing — not just logically, but in a way that actually shifts how you feel and respond in your everyday life.

I’ve lived this.
