You don't have to keep living this way.
That’s actually where most people start.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear explanation.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like life feels harder than it should… there’s a reason for that.
We’ll figure it out together.
You’re not the problem.
Most approaches focus on changing behavior — trying harder, thinking differently, doing more.
But if the patterns underneath aren’t understood, nothing really sticks.
This work is different.
We slow down, make sense of what’s actually going on, and create change from the inside out.
Not at all.
A lot of my clients look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside.
They’re functioning, showing up, taking care of things…
…but inside, they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t break.
You don’t have to wait until things get worse to get support.
This is something many people quietly wrestle with.
You can love God deeply… and still feel stuck.
Because knowing truth in your mind is different than experiencing it in your life.
Your nervous system, your past experiences, and your patterns all play a role in how you actually feel
day to day.
This work helps bring those pieces into alignment so you can experience more of the peace and freedom you long for.
Sometimes well-meaning Christians or church environments can leave people feeling confused, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to trust their relationship with God again.
Part of this work is helping you rediscover your voice, your identity in Christ, and your connection with God in a way that feels grounded and authentic.
Counseling can be incredibly helpful, especially for processing past experiences and working through specific mental health challenges.
What I do is a little different.
This work focuses on helping you understand what’s happening in your day-to-day life right now — the patterns, reactions, and internal experiences that keep you feeling stuck.
Instead of just talking about what’s happening, we slow things down and make sense of:
So that change doesn’t just stay in your head…it starts to show up in how you experience your life.
Many people I work with have already tried counseling, read books, or worked hard to “fix” things…
but still feel stuck.
Not because they’re doing something wrong —but because they haven’t been shown how to understand themselves in this way.
This work is not about diagnosing or treating you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create real, lasting change from the inside out.
If you’re not sure what you need, that’s okay.
We can talk through it together and figure out what would be most supportive for you.
I’ve found that understanding the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system often fills in the gap between knowing truth and actually experiencing it.
Absolutely.
Many people have been taught that if their faith is strong enough, their struggles should simply disappear. But emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and past experiences don’t automatically resolve just because we believe truth.
Faith and emotional healing actually support each other.
As you begin to understand how your mind, body, and past experiences shape your reactions, many people find their relationship with God becomes more honest, grounded, and personal.
This work isn’t about replacing faith.
It’s about removing the barriers that keep you from experiencing the peace, freedom, and connection you long for.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to be a good fit.
Most people I work with aren’t in crisis — they’re functioning in life, but something just feels off.
You might be a good fit if:
You don’t need to check every box.
If something in you is saying, “this sounds like me” — that’s enough.
You also don’t need to be “ready” in some perfect way.
You just need to be open to understanding yourself in a different way than you have before.
This work isn’t about doing everything right.
It’s about becoming more aware, more grounded, and more connected to yourself over time.
If you’re unsure, that’s completely okay.
We can start with a simple conversation and see if this feels like a good fit for you.
No pressure.
That fear makes sense — especially if you’ve been stuck for a long time.
But feeling stuck doesn’t mean you can’t change.
It usually just means no one has helped you understand what’s actually going on yet.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
That’s completely normal.
You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly what to say.
Reaching out is simply a first step — not a commitment to anything.
We’ll start with a conversation and go from there.
Our sessions are a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
We slow things down and look at:
From there, we create clarity and practical shifts that help you respond differently in your everyday life.
I work with individuals across the U.S. and internationally, many from faith-based or close-knit communities who're seeking clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
